How to Build a Beach Body

Fitness experts generally recommend hitting the weights three days a week, targeting all major muscle groups. Beginners can start with one set of exercises and build up to two or three. 


Pick a workout (free weight or machine) for each muscle group (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calfs, chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and abs).Rest for 15 seconds after each exercise and 60 seconds after the circuit. Repeat the circuit twice. .Rest for one minute between sets and two minutes between each exercise Leave two to three days' rest between workouts. 


Additionally, make sure that you maintain continuous tension while performing your reps and never allow your body to rest at the bottom of a movement. Finally, be sure to breathe in during the relaxation phase of your movements and exhale during the contraction phase of the reps.

Exercise and proper diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss and muscle definition. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Exercise helps control your blood sugar by using glucose for energy during and after activity. It also helps you stay at a healthy weight; lower high cholesterol; raise HDL, or 'good,' cholesterol; and lower high blood pressure.

The tenderness of spring greens and sweetness of seasonal fruits can make you look forward to your meals making your proteins and snacks a tasty treat in itself
